Culinary Arts
Description
This is a three-part course that will offer learners a well-rounded knowledge base if they are considering a career in the food industry. It offers insight and understanding of the history and development of culinary arts. Learners explore basic science principles used in cooking and various cooking methods, menu planning, food presentation and service styles. This series also includes information on culinary career opportunities and management skills.
